HOW TO USE AMMO

Making an in-store payment

  1. Open AMMO and enter your 5 digit pin
  2. Go to Quick Pay
  3. Give the cashier the 6 digit transaction code displayed on your screen and confirm the transaction.

DONE!! Hoorah. Seriously, if you don’t get this right we give you permission to call in sick tomorrow.

Load airtime
(this is proper cool)

Go to Pay > Buy Airtime, choose network provider, select Airtime, confirm your purchase and this time a man with a colourful suit will appear from no-where to applaud you for your cleverness. Kidding! You’ll just get a success notification. The man in the suit is weird anyway.

Check your balance

When you feel like reminding yourself just how wealthy you are (conveniently allowing the buxom blonde on your right to see), go to Balances and therein shall lie your hundreds of thousands of AMMO, and when you want to see how the stores you spend at are thanking you for your awesomeness, flick to Loyalty Balances and a list of all the cool partners and the loyalty balance you have with each of them will be revealed.

Paying with loyalty

  1. Go to Pay, select Pay a store, Loyalty, select the store and your loyalty balance should reflect on your screen.
  2. Select redeem to pay using loyalty.
  3. Give the 6 digit transaction code displayed on your screen to the cashier, waiter or barman and confirm your transaction. If you have doctor’s handwriting, say this number out loud. If you have good ankles and great handwriting, pop it on your bill.

Buy pre-paid electricity
(now you’ll never be left in the dark)

  1. Enter your electricity meter number which you'll find on the box
  2. Type in the amount you want to buy
  3. Your meter number will be verified
  4. Confirm and bask in the light

Paying a friend

  1. Go to Pay, select Pay a friend and select AMMO.
  2. Once your balance comes up, select Pay, enter your friend’s number and the amount your mate claims you owe them, and then press pay.
  3. Confirm your payment and a balloon will burst open above your head and glitter sprinkles will fall from the sky. Jokes, you’ll just get a success notification. We’re working on the balloon idea.

Pay water or electricity bill or parking / speeding /obstructing fines

  1. Type in the Easypay bill number
  2. Type in the amount you wish to pay
  3. Your bill number will be verified
  4. Confirm
  5. Throw away your guilty conscience
